The Space: This newly renovated home is located on Watts Bar Lake with year round water, and it features an epic lake experience with great porches, wood burning fire pit, docks, boat put in, 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, game room, and fully equipped kitchen. Specifics: 7 Bedrooms: 1 King, 5 Queens, & 1 bunkbed 3 full bathrooms - Toto toilets in main house Bedrooms 6 and 7 are connected to garage and not in the main house / Jack and Jill style, shared bathroom No steps into the lower level of house or bedroom 6 and 7. Game room 2 private boat docks Private put in boat ramp Reasonably flat yard Fire pit Year-round lake water access: TVA controls water levels 2 fireplaces: Upper for gas burning only in fall/winter. Lower fireplace is wood burning and not for Guest use. 2 living rooms [upper & lower main house levels] Fully equipped kitchen Filtered drinking water from Aqua Clear [located in fridge and to left of kitchen sink] Wrap around, covered porches with grill Porch swing 2 large fridges [1-upper level main house kitchen, 1-lower level hallway] Kayaks, canoe, pull behind tube, and paddle boards included Life jackets of various sizes included (plus and toddler sizes are limited) Boat rentals nearby from local marinas The boat docks do hold the owner’s boat; however, the owner's boat and the on-dock boat and jet ski lifts are not permitted for guest use. The large dock could have 1-3 boats, and small dock 1-2 boats, tied off depending on boat sizes and water-levels. There are five queens, 1 king, and a top and lower bunk bed; however, a person can sleep on each of the two sofas comfortably. The sofas are not sofa beds. A queen-sized air mattress is supplied for guest use, and it is located in the master bedroom closet. There is also a toddler bed tucked up underneath the bunk bed set, and there is a pack ‘n play located in the master bedroom closet. Other Things to Note: Lake and home use are at your own personal risk. There are natural and normal inherent risks to using a home, accessing and using a lake, accessing and using any water equipment, such as kayaks, paddle boards, boats, docks, canoe, pull behind tube, decks, and boat slips. All use of this property, including the slip, docks, provided equipment, etc. are at your own personal risk and liability. Please be mindful of safety and inherent risks; we take no responsibilities or liabilities for any injury, death, damage, and loss of any kind. A safety waiver will be sent to you a day before check-in and must be signed before you get your entry code. If you desire to rent a boat, we recommend Terrace View Marina (Spring City), as the marina is directly across from the home. We know the owners well, and we believe they have the best restaurant on the lake. They do offer pontoon rentals; however, their boats are all jump and swim. They may deliver the pontoon to the home; however, you will need to coordinate that directly with Terrace View Marina. Ask for Molly. If you want something faster for pulling a tube, Caney Creek Marina (Harriman) rents, we are told, higher powered pontoon boats. House Rules: The lower-level fireplace is not permitted for guest use. The upper-level fireplace is permitted for guest use in fall/winter only. The owner’s boat and associated lifts cannot be used. Guest supplied boats will need to be tied off to docks: no guest lift access permitted. There is space for 1-3 boats on the large dock and 1-2 boats on the small dock. No loud music or noise after 10 PM. No illegal or unprescribed drug use, possession, or creation is permitted on the property. Smoking is not allowed in the structures.
